Responsibilities

• Support the monthly sales forecasting process in close coordination with sales teams and division management.
• Prepare planning, forecasting, and budgeting schedules and analyze monthly performance against forecast and budget.
• Assist monthly close activities to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant financial records per US GAAP.
• Perform weekly reporting on sales, orders, and backlog; support monthly/quarterly financial reporting for the division.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Monitor key financial metrics such as sales growth, working capital, DSI, and DSO.
• Contribute to SOX compliance efforts and work with external auditors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Capex and inventory policies; develop and standardize accounting policies and reporting systems.
• Provide financial oversight of inventory valuation, depreciation, and write-offs; support corporate and divisional reporting.
