Groupe SEB USA seeks a finance professional to support North America in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. The role coordinates budgets and latest estimates, consolidates plans, and provides guidance on financial reporting across markets.

Responsibilities include monthly reporting, sales forecasting, CODIR and MANCOM support, and internal control coordination. Strong Excel, SAP, GPS are valued in a cross-cultural environment.

Qualificações

• BS in management Accounting or Business admin.; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years experience in accounting/controlling
• Very good analytical skills and concise synthesis
• Able to communicate well and autonomously in an international, multicultural context
• Expertise in Excel, database management and quick learner
• Reliable and accurate
• Coordinate/lead process execution across dispersed markets; SAP and GPS knowledge is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Continental Monthly Reporting: turnover, gross margin, margin variance analysis, expenses, working capital/cash, vs LY & vs Budget
• Weekly sales forecast consolidation
• Reporting for CODIR presentation by the Continent
• Provide Assistance to Continental MANCOM
• Coordinate the budget and reforecasting processes for net sales and gross margin with market controllers
• Relay Group Budget instructions to the markets
• Contribute to OS financial data and profitability analyses on request
