Job summary

PACCAR Parts North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support SG&A and warehouse expense forecasting, reporting, and analysis for North America. This role partners with division leadership, department managers, and distribution centers to deliver accurate results and actionable insights.

This position also supports internal controls, SOX/ICAP activities, audit requests, and special projects, reporting to the Manager of Financial Analysis. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SG&A and warehouse expense forecasts, reports, and analyses with improving forecasting.
• Perform actual-to-forecast and actual-to-budget variance analysis at month-end close.
• Support payroll for hourly employees at Distribution Centers.
• Lead the annual SG&A and warehouse budget process and management presentations.
• Collaborate with division offices and Distribution Centers for accurate results.
• Develop proactive ad hoc analyses and present clear recommendations.
