Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member in our Fire TV Finance team. This role partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support decision making with strong modeling and attention to detail.

The candidate will interact with executives across Amazon and contribute to P&L controllership, financial modeling, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Controllership responsibilities for P&L lines including Headcount management.
• Work across teams to determine the financial opportunity of investments.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve business goals while maintaining financial controllership.
• Develop financial models to dive deep and establish new processes.
• Develop success metrics, dynamic scenario models, and core financial insights to drive decision-making with business partners.
