Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Manager to shape engagement and monetization strategy for Fire TV, supporting the Display Advertising teams with data-driven financial analysis. The role requires strong modeling skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies and business units.

The candidate will lead ads planning, forecast performance, and develop metrics to guide decisions, working closely with Ads and Devices teams and ensuring clear financial communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• 5+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the bottoms up Ads planning and reporting process across the Ads and FTV teams and coordinate inputs from a broad group of Ads Finance stakeholders
• Build financial models and advanced analytical tools to forecast Ads performance and evaluate new on-device monetization opportunities
• Build out business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
• Drive creation, implementation, and reporting of financial and operating performance metrics to aid in key decision making and driving alignment across BI, Business and Finance teams
• Own finance communication with the business teams on content performance, financial impact, and risks & opportunities
