Job summary

Quad/Graphics, a global marketing experience company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations, and international accounting activities. The role ensures GAAP compliance, prepares footnotes for filings, and collaborates across teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 2 years in corporate accounting, and familiarity with HFM or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial consolidation, reporting and enterprise accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes and financial statements.
• Prepare account reconciliations and analyses of significant balance sheet accruals.
• Support international locations' monthly close, reconciliations and audits.
• Prepare financial statement footnotes and disclosures for quarterly filings.
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control documentation and testing.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
• Develop ad hoc analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting, reporting, and control processes.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements.
• Complete special projects as identified by management.
