Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a world-class manufacturing operation. You will partner with business leaders, provide financial insights, and apply accounting and analytical expertise to help shape strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
At least 4 years experience with computerized accounting, cost accounting, and inventory systems.
Working knowledge of ERP or tax systems.
Expertise with Excel.
Innovative, motivated, and self-directed.

Responsibilities

Create, prepare, and analyze sales, cost, expense variance, and other financial reporting information.
Assist with budgets, projections, cost/benefits, system projects, and complex analyses.
Analyze present and future financial performance of the company.
Prepare financial results for division/subsidiary management review.
Prepare complex reconciliations and journal entries.
Perform account analysis and complex reconciliations including journal entries.
May assist in directing the activities of professional staff.
