Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience supporting clinical research, R&D, or product development organizations.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Clinical Leadership; support planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead FP&A for the EPT clinical study portfolio (pre-market and post-market).
• Maintain and enhance financial models; align study design with forecasts.
• Partner with clinical operations to monitor enrollment, site activation, and training; forecast spending.
• Deliver consolidated reporting and financial insights for leadership.
• Drive rigor and transparency across clinical research investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting tools.
