Job summary

LMR Technical Group (LMR) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Keyport, WA to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and model development for DoD projects. You will mentor junior analysts, build cost projections, and document processes to enable informed decision-making using ERP and TAAT/NEPS systems.

You will apply advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PowerBI skills to present findings and develop actionable recommendations. A Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
• 2–3 years of financial analysis or data analytics experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry; attention to detail essential.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and cost projections for programs.
• Develop financial models and process documentation for decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide coaching on analytics methods.
• Use DoD systems and MS Office tools to prepare reports and metrics.
• Create flowcharts and process diagrams to support operations.
• Assist with bid and proposal support as needed.
