Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the DHS contract in the DMV area. The position is onsite 2-5 days a week in Arlington, VA and/or Washington, DC, and requires US Citizenship with DHS Public Trust EOD clearance (Secret or above preferred).

You will manage contractual documents, budgets, IGCEs, and financial reporting, coordinate with program managers and CORs, and ensure compliant acquisition processes while maintaining spend plans and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 - 9 years of professional finance experience.
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition process.
• Strong skills with Visual Basic and MS Access for data sets.
• Experience in DHS financial management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contractual documents over the life of the project.
• Maintain acquisition and contract files within the Branch Repository.
• Prepare market research and justification documents for OAQ.
• Create, submit, track and report ITSR/ITCR for Acquisition Support.
• Document the customer invoicing and payment process.
• Lead discussions with IT Program Managers and CORs in invoice reviews.
• Support IPT meetings by documenting minutes and action items and ensuring IGCE/PWS/SOW are included.
• Track funding and performance of suppliers and ensure cost reports are submitted to the COR.
