Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for one of our clients in the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA or Washington, DC). The role requires a DHS Public Trust EOD with US Citizenship and preferred Secret clearance or higher and a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will collaborate with teams to review control data, develop dashboards, map requirements, and ensure compliant, efficient IT processes across multiple systems while

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of agile business analysis techniques including interviewing, brainstorming, problem discovery, and MVP identification.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience in translating complex business needs into requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to review control data and identify IT delivery improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate to deliver complex projects across multiple systems.
• Recommend technologies to improve IT systems’ efficiency, quality, and security.
• Document large initiatives into smaller requirements and present to stakeholders.
