Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in finance-related roles (PFA, cost management, budgeting, forecasting).
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of financial forecasting and budget creation.

Responsibilities

• Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.
• Prepare government contractual cost reporting deliverables (IPMDAR, CSDR, CFSR).
• Ensure DFARS compliance for U.S. Defense contractors.
• Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments.
• Build relationships across multiple stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results.
• Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
• Support Estimate to Budget Baselines.
