Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required; a Master's is preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, wholesale or logistics.
• Strong data analysis, summarization, and clarity in actionable outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for all entities.
• Develop monthly/quarterly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports.
• Conduct capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval.
• Generate regular sales and operations reports with insights.
• Analyze sales, margins, and expenses to identify improvements.
• Interpret trends with operation leads to inform decisions.
• Maintain controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
