Job summary

TAWA Services, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to drive analysis for financial performance across the organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, building robust models and delivering data-driven insights to senior management.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into recommendations that support growth and efficiency. You will implement dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management or related field required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance experience, preferably in retail/wholesale.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics, with Excel/Sheets; BI tools and Tableau preferred.
• Familiar with SQL, Python, data warehousing; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting with department leaders.
• Develop rolling forecasts and projections based on trends and risks.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for scenarios and sensitivities.
• Review monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis vs. budget and prior year.
• Provide insights on revenue, margin, OPEX, and cash flow for strategic decisions.
• Conduct profitability analyses by customer, channel, product, and promotions.
