Qualifications

• 4+ years in a finance, BI, accounting, actuarial, or strategy role; life insurance experience preferred.
• 2+ years in financial planning/budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain financial dashboards in PowerBI to monitor expense performance and KPIs.
• Automate reporting with PowerBI, Excel, and PowerApps.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for P&L impact.
• Prepare monthly group/divisional reporting templates and management information.
• Provide data-driven insights to finance leadership and business partners.
