Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting, business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in reimbursement rate analysis, data analysis, financial analysis, Medicaid, cost reporting processes, or conducting complex cost analyses.
• Active Duty, Military, Reservists, Guardsmen, and Veterans are encouraged to apply if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis functions, assisting in establishment and maintenance of rate models and cost reports and surveys.
• Coordinates with internal colleagues and external stakeholders in design and maintenance of cost and financial compliance reports or surveys.
• Evaluates and implements new initiatives, designs special cost and statistical research, and prepares recommendations and reports for legislation and state or federal initiatives.
• Communicates complex information to internal and external parties, interfacing with providers, client advocates, and agency staff.
