Job summary

VCI Construction seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business analysis, and executive decision-making. You will analyze financial performance, modify reports, review P&L and balance sheets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

7+ years of financial reporting and financial analysis experience.
Strong experience with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, financial modeling).
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheets.
Prepare, modify, and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
Perform variance analysis and identify business trends.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
Develop ad hoc reports for leadership.
Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve financial reporting and business performance.
