The Partner Company seeks a Project Analyst to manage the financial performance of clinical research projects from a remote location in India. You will monitor budgets, forecast revenue, analyze costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate financial reporting.
• Understanding of project financial management across lifecycle.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, especially percentage-of-completion.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborative, able to work with project managers and remote teams.
• Attention to detail; meet reporting deadlines; audit compliance.
• Experience in finance, business analysis, or project accounting; CRO/clinical research preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record completed project activities, units, and financial values monthly.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts aligned with project plans.
• Analyze actual hours, costs, revenue, and resource use against budgets.
• Review projected resources to align with forecasted workloads.
• Ensure invoices are issued promptly and monitor cash positions.
• Maintain accurate financial records in designated systems.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to clients on schedule.
• Support change orders with revised budgets and approvals.
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation for compliance.
• Apply percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Stay updated on local and international revenue regulations.
• Present financial summaries to non-financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects and develop financial expertise.
