ABM in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Senior Finance Associate to support the Accounting ESC and Operations during financial close, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work with team members at all levels and rely on strong communication, Excel, and problem-solving to deliver insights.

The role focuses on building robust financial models, updating forecasts, and reporting metrics that drive improvement in performance and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of Hyperion SmartView; Anaplan preferred.
• Ability to present financial data concisely with visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Update 12-month forecast quarterly.
• Conduct reports and analysis related to annual budget and quarterly metrics.
• Review P&L variances and advise operations on improvements.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly operating financial metrics.
• Contribute to month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Collections Team in Houston on client payments.
