Job summary

JMP, a SAS subsidiary, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in the Cary, NC area to support the Finance Team with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. You will prepare statements, analyze performance, and drive process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance.

The role requires complex data analysis, ERP and NetSuite proficiency, and strong communication skills to present to senior management and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• CPA certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably globally.
• 5+ years of revenue recognition experience.
• 8+ years of ERP experience and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts with variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance and support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Collaborate across departments and present to management.
