This role requires 3+ years in multi‑unit purchasing, strong Excel and Oracle skills, and proven ability to analyze sales trends and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multi‑unit purchasing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; high proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Oracle Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of retail business practices.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives all facets of product assortment, financial planning, and vendor partnerships.
• Develop strong vendor partnerships and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with Stores, Distribution Centers, and Logistics for efficient product flow.
• Manage co‑op, vendor allowances, and promotional strategies.
• Oversee communication with Stores and Distribution Centers and coordinate with Global Sourcing.
• Develop seasonal merchandise assortments with pricing and merchandising plans.
• Place, track, and ensure on‑time delivery of all new store orders.
• Generate and leverage reports for effective decision making.
• Create assortments and open‑to‑buy plans aligned with goals.
• Lead promotions and advertising plans to drive sales and traffic.
