Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management with 3 years of experience or Master’s with 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel with pivot tables and advanced features.
• Strong analytical skills and EVMS procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support contract Earned Value Management (EVM) setup, management, and cost analysis.
• Manage program inputs for contract execution supporting Engineering & Technology.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting including variance analysis and workforce planning.
• Integrate data from multiple financial systems to provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure cost allocation compliance and develop recommendations for key stakeholders.
