Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business or related field with professional experience; Master's degree may substitute.
• Active Secret Clearance with a recent investigation (past 5 years).
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, and funding requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain the Earned Value System and logs for reporting.
• Interact with program and financial-management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.
