Job summary

Navsan seeks a highly experienced Financial Analyst with extensive AR/AP/GL expertise and 8+ years in accounting. The role demands strong stakeholder management, solid communication, and the ability to own end-to-end financial operations with minimal supervision.

The candidate should be proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel. Usual requirements include US/UK GAAP knowledge and reliable financial reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
8+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Strong understanding of US/UK GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and advance MS-Excel skills.
Hands-on expertise in AR, AP, and/or GL accounting.
Stakeholder management and escalation-handling experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
End-to-end ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in AR, AP, and GL accounting.
Intercompany reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
Prepare and review journal entries and financial reporting.
Communicate financial issues, risks and resolutions to stakeholders.
Manage escalations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial operations.
