Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with finance and business leaders, drive the annual budget, and support pricing strategy with strong financial discipline. The role emphasizes variance analysis, margin reviews on homes and closed jobs, and the use of AI to automate analyses for improved forecasting accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a Finance/Accounting background, 4+ years of experience, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field required
MBA preferred for advanced strategic and leadership capabilities
Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Analyze and document budget-to-actual performance monthly across P&L and balance sheet
Conduct department, construction, and sales overhead analyses and margin analyses
Support the annual budgeting process and prepare budget models/templates
Collaborate with department heads to forecast operating and capital expenditures
Lead cross-functional reviews to analyze variances and drive accurate forecasts
Develop and enhance financial models and AI-driven data workflows for forecasting
