Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for FAIM Finance (Amazon Ads). You will own the financial planning and analysis for FAIM, including the operating plan, monthly actuals, and forecast.

You’ll develop driver-based models connecting product usage to revenue and cost to serve, supporting investment cases for compute, headcount, and new product bets. You will collaborate with a small team of finance managers, BI engineers, and data engineers, and regularly engage with FAIM leaders

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of finance, FP&A, or related analytical experience and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis

Aufgaben

• Own the FAIM operating plan and forecast including annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly actuals with variance analysis across revenue, headcount, and infrastructure spend
• Run the monthly close analysis: explain variances, identify root causes, state the financial implications, and drive actions
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to understand business needs and evaluate economics of new products and infrastructure decisions
• Build models behind investment decisions (compute capacity, headcount, pricing) and write financial sections for leadership documents
• Coordinate business review mechanisms and ensure reporting accuracy and clear communication of results
