Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, budgeting, and rolling forecasting for the local entity.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow variance reports.
• Lead KPI forecasting including headcount and operating expenses.
• Collaborate across functions to translate business issues into financial models and insights.
• Support month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Improve reporting tools and dashboards.
