Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive data-driven budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting and communication of financial insights to Finance and Marketing leadership.

The role requires financial modeling, tracking sales/revenue and ad spend, and partnering with Brand Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Franchisees and Finance to optimize profitability. Onsite presence in Boston-area center is expected four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 4+ years of Finance/Sales Analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis tools (NPV/ROI/Breakeven).
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smartview, Oracle BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasting for advertising funds.
• Oversee Baskin Robbins Fund and support Dunkin Fund; liaise with marketing, finance and analytics teams.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet relationships; ensure accurate results with Accounting.
• Provide in-depth ad fund revenue analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
• Deliver board-level monthly/annual financial reporting; prepare leadership presentations.
