Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision making for the Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins Advertising Fund. You will budget, forecast, analyze, and report financial information to Finance and Marketing leadership, building models to track sales, ad spend, and profitability.

Based in our Boston Global Support Center, this role sits onsite four days per week and collaborates with Brand Marketing, Franchisees, and Finance to deliver insightful monthly and annual packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 4+ years in Finance/Sales Analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required
• Ability to multitask with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smartview and Oracle BI applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting for the advertising funds and support marketing and corporate services teams on financial processes
• Oversee Baskin Robbins Fund and support Dunkin Fund, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting in collaboration with Accounting
• Provide in-depth analyses to support profitability, cost trends, and revenue forecasting
• Conduct Ad Fund revenue analyses and enhance related models (Market/Region/Sales/Planning)
• Deliver monthly and annual financial reporting packages for leadership; prepare Ad Fund presentations
