Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to empower data-driven decision making for the Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins Advertising Fund. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and reporting financial information to leadership and franchisees.

The position sits in our Boston-based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in Finance/Sales Analysis, strong modeling skills, and proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of finance/sales analysis experience; MBA optional.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel/PowerPoint/Access; knowledge of cash flow tools (NPV/ROI/Breakeven).
• Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase/Smartview and Oracle BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting for the advertising funds and support marketing teams on financial processes.
• Oversee Baskin Robbins Fund and support Dunkin Fund relationships with stakeholders.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet; collaborate with accounting for accurate results.
• Provide in-depth analyses to improve store and franchisee profitability and ad fund revenue analysis.
• Deliver board-ready financial reporting and prepare Ad Fund presentations for leadership.
