Job summary

ORBIS Corporation, part of Menasha Corporation, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial to drive financial insights for commercial sales and marketing teams. You will partner with leaders to analyze opportunities, support capital investments, and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and ad hoc analyses to improve profitability and growth. Travel up to 10% and office-based collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Advanced Excel skills required and experience supporting business partners through financial analysis.
• Experience influencing decisions with financial insights.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects that drive business performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes.
• Serve as a primary finance partner for assigned business functions.

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial to play a key role in supporting our commercial sales and marketing teams through financial insights, strategic analysis, and business partnership. What You'll Do

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree, CPA, or CMA designation preferred.

Experience

• 4-7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting business partners and influencing decisions through financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience.
• Tableau and/or Hyperion experience.
