Educated Solutions Corp. in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing to join our manufacturing team. The role blends pricing reviews with FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support growth and stability.

You will prepare monthly P&L forecasts, manage pricing for major accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on strategic initiatives while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business.
• Five or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in business, technology, and finance.
• Strong problem-solving and financial skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and advanced Excel modeling.
• Microsoft Access database management and Visual Basic (VBA) coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing with periodic sales volume insights, assessments, and reporting.
• Collaborate with department managers and executives on critical initiatives.
• Prepare monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets for assigned accounts.
• Administer customer pricing and sales allowances for significant accounts.
• Prepare, record, issue, and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits.
• Conduct ad hoc financial studies to support Senior Management and Sales.
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.
