Senior Financial Analyst
$90,000–$110,000 base salary + bonus (depending on experience)
Tempe, AZ (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for multiple areas of the business.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Develop financial models and business analyses to support growth initiatives, investments, and operational planning.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, data quality, and business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required).
- 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience (Required).
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry (Preferred).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools (Preferred).
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting (Preferred).
