4 Corner Resources is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a Resort Management organization, partnering directly with business leaders to shape financial strategy.

The role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; remote Thursday and Friday, requiring strong Excel skills, FP&A experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex reporting.
• Strong self-starter capable of managing multiple projects.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process, including identifying and implementing process improvements, validating key inputs, and partnering with business stakeholders.
• Support recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Support the annual budget process and long-range planning.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis across various aspects of resort servicing operations.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• 3 to 5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Previous experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and streamline reports using complex functions.
• Strong self-starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, both independently and within a team.
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing projects.
• Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of an organization.

Senior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or vacation ownership industry.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Essbase.

Senior Financial Analyst Details:
