AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company, is seeking a Financial Analyst who can build robust financial models and deliver insights to executive leadership. This remote role focuses on revenue/expense analyses, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and accurate financial data management to support strategic decisions across the organization.

Job Details

The Financial Analyst will develop revenue/expense analyses, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately. The Analyst will have strong technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership/executive management.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience
• Preferred: Healthcare industry knowledge/experience

Skills & Abilities

• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite in general
• Workday/Adaptive experience preferred
• Presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams.
• Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies
• Ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from numerical material
• Knowledge of, and ability to use and develop, unique processes, tools, and techniques for exploring alternative financial scenarios and results
• Knowledge of the functions, automated tools, and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization
• Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools
• Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence

Physical/Mental Demands

This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. This is a remote position.
