AnewHealth is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Financial Analysis team, build models for evaluating current and future business, and support month-end close and budgeting processes. The role involves presenting findings to senior leadership and collaborating across Centers of Excellence.

This is a remote position in the United States. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday/Adaptive is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience is required.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders/executive management is preferred.
• Workday/Adaptive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Financial Analysts.

The Finance Manager will develop revenue/expense analyses, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately.The ideal candidate will have direct industry experience and approach project-based work with a proactive, high-energy mindset. This individual will feel confident enough in their technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence.
