AnewHealth is seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager to lead a team of financial analysts, develop models, and drive reporting and budgeting processes. The role requires presenting findings to senior leadership and collaborating across Centers of Excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, deep Excel proficiency, and direct industry experience. This is a remote, full-time role with opportunities for career growth within the Finance Center

Qualifications

Responsibilities

AnewHealth is seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager to aide in the daily team management, financial modeling, analysis, and growth of AnewHealth. The Finance Manager will develop revenue/expense analyses, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately. The ideal candidate will have direct industry experience and approach project-based work with a proactive, high-energy mindset. This individual will feel confident enough in their technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence. Additionally, the Finance Manager must feel comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership/executive management. AnewHealth provides an exciting and fast-paced environment. Education

• Knowledge of the functions, automated tools, and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization
• Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools
• Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence

Physical/Mental Demands

This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. This is a remote position.
