Job summary

You will be part of a dynamic Finance team dedicated to supporting our manufacturing facilities and supply chain operations. We partner closely with production, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.

As the Finance business partner for manufacturing, you will lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control, analyze performance, and drive improvements across the plant footprint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the finance business partner for manufacturing operations, providing financial insights to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control processes for plant and manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable recommendations to business and plant leadership.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies.
  • Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives across the manufacturing footprint.
  • Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making at plant, business unit, and executive levels.
  • Support capital investment planning, business cases, and post-investment analyses to ensure targeted returns are achieved.
  • Monitor and communicate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, translating assumptions into measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes while improving reporting accuracy.
  • Leverage AI, data analytics, and continuous improvement principles to enhance financial processes, and strengthen organizational financial acumen.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably supporting manufacturing or industrial operations

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.



What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models using Excel or similar tools.

  • Experience supporting strategic planning and commercial decision-making in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, economic thinking, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights and business value.
