Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst onsite in Houston to impact operational decisions through FP&A leadership. You will collaborate with operations leadership and own budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to drive growth.

You will build financial models, support month‑end close, and develop insights across logistics, inventory, and cost efficiency using Power BI and advanced analytics tools to enhance decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Power BI experience required; ERP and BI tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to deliver financial insights and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and profitability reporting.
