GA Rogers is excited to partner with our client in North Dallas to add a new Senior Financial Analyst to their growing team!

The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the corporate FP&A team and a strategic partner to the leadership team.

If you are a team player, skilled in building financial models and budgeting, and looking to gain exposure to various scenarios while working with a high-achieving team and having high visibility to leadership—this role is for you!

Compensation includes an 85-100K base salary plus bonus, 401K, strong benefits, and endless opportunities for advancement.

100% Remote Option

The SFA will support multiple business units with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing financial reporting and working with the FP&A manager during budgeting and forecasting
• Creating dynamic financial models to streamline forecasting and improve processes
• Leading financial reporting efforts and presenting findings to leadership
• Ensuring data integrity and performing analysis in Tableau
• Driving month-end close processes and variance analysis
• Managing expenses in partnership with leadership
• Performing ad hoc projects for retail and corporate executives as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience with at least 3 budget cycles
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with OneStream or Tableau is a plus
• Ability to build complex financial models
• Team-oriented, eager to contribute, and willing to put in extra effort
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, yet fun environment
