Senior Financial Analyst I or Senior Financial Analyst II (Remote in Wisconsin)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data to support decision-making processes
- Prepare financial forecasts and reports for senior leadership
- Serve as a finance lead to operations and on system-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and interpret financial analysis
- Provide financial information and guidance to operations managers and senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; or an Associate degree plus eleven years of experience; or a high school diploma plus fifteen years of experience in a healthcare setting in accounting or finance
- Minimum of seven years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in independent financial analysis and collaboration with managers
- Proven leadership ability in financial management roles
- Must not have been excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Experience within a healthcare setting in accounting and finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and knowledge of database functions
