Job summary

IDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced, highly technical telecom/technology organization in Englewood, CO. You will lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, analyze results, and support month-end close, delivering insights to leadership.

You will build models and dashboards focused on cloud consumption, prepare executive-level presentations, and identify cost-saving opportunities through multi-year analyses and ad-hoc studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans.
• Analyze monthly results and support accounting month-end close activities, including variance and performance insights.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly models and dashboards for operational and financial KPIs, with emphasis on cloud consumption.
• Develop and deliver executive-level financial presentations with clear recommendations and business impact.

This role supports a fast-paced, highly technical organization within the telecom/technology space, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting, and governance. Youll help drive financial oversight and decision-making as the business evolves and scales, with a strong focus on optimizing cloud-related spend and performance.

Requirements For The Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment
• 1+ year of Cloud FinOps experience
• Experience building financial models and reporting for operational and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
