Idr is seeking a Senior Budget & Planning Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Irving, Texas. This role is within a dynamic organization focused on strategic financial planning and data-driven decision‑making. The position involves leading budgeting processes and developing advanced forecasting models to support business growth.

Position Overview

• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing transaction and budget forecasts through collaboration with channel partners and strong financial discipline
• Design advanced data models and forecasting simulations utilizing tools like Python, Tableau, and Power BI to identify trends and automate processes
• Support leadership by preparing insightful presentations on performance drivers and strategic recommendations
• Drive automation and efficiency in planning processes to enhance decision‑making capabilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience in quantitative business functions including financial analysis, executive reporting, accounting entries, and data analysis
• 2+ years of experience in data modeling (Excel)
• Proficiency in SQL programming and statistical software such as Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex data insights clearly
