Job summary

Dexian is seeking a finance/analytic professional to own monthly close activities, reconcile GL accounts, and provide insightful analysis of financial and operational results. The role requires explaining complex modeling to broad audiences and driving efficiency improvements across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Finance or Analytics with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a HS diploma, exhibiting strong communication, project management, and time management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Finance or Analytics; OR HS diploma with 10+ years in Finance or Analytics.
• Ability to explain complex financial modeling to a broad cross-functional audience.
• Ability to speak persuasively and with credibility.
• Superior project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Execute monthly financial close responsibilities including reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts, variance documentation, and internal controls.
• Record, report, analyze and communicate the firm’s financial and operational results.
• Develop and perform complex analysis.
• Identify efficiencies and control improvements; propose solutions and drive implementation.
• Apply new perspectives to solve complex problems.
• Research and implement technical accounting policy.
• Participate in cross-functional teams responsible for finance objectives and projects.
• Develop and manage business relationships to gather information and influence decisions.

Responsibilities
