Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our FP&A efforts, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization.

You will partner with the Director of FP&A to deliver accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights that improve operational performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Adminstration required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, FP tools, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of FP&A to deliver analysis for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure Financial Reporting Accuracy.
• Lead Budget Planning (Budget vs. Actual) and Vendor Reporting.
• Provide Pricing & Product Analytics and Market Health Scorecard Reporting.

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Director of FP&A to provide analysis to drive our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and achieve business objectives. They will utilize their business operational skills in order to enhance operational performance. Ultimately, this position leverages their broad business knowledge to detect areas of opportunity and outline plans to address pain points throughout the organization. They will work collaboratively with the Director of FP&A and will use their entrepreneurial drive to help develop great solutions, work with various stakeholders, and have high visibility throughout the organization.

What You Bring
