About the Role

My client is seeking a strategic and analytical Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team in Dallas, TX. This role will support executive leadership by providing key financial insights and analysis to drive business performance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts to monitor liquidity trends and working capital fluctuations, delivering key insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with business units, operations, and supply chain teams to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Perform profitability and cost analysis for product lines, manufacturing sites, and new business opportunities.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple locations or divisions to provide meaningful insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Support M&A activities, capital investment evaluations, and ad hoc financial projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA/CMA designation.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and plant finance operations.
• $100,000-130,000
