Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager
Fully Remote

Once in a career opportunity to join afemale-founded womenswear company based in New York City. Seeking a highly dynamic and cross functional retail finance professional to add their skillset to a group of highly skilled and PASSIONATE team members.

What Will You Do?

• Support the CFO with forecast and long-range plan strategy and preparation.
• Partner with the Accounting team on the month-end close process; review monthly departmental results with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CFO and business stakeholders on ad hoc strategic financial analysis and business case development.
• Analyze and deliver recommendations to maximize the performance of MM's investments (inventory, marketing).
• Track risks and opportunities and develop scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and present to senior management.
• Create and maintain monthly Order Economics and Customer Profitability reporting.
• Develop and track the Annual Operating Plan and lead monthly Leadership sessions.

What Skills Do You Have?

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous experience in Retail Finance role (Clothing/Apparel or Fashion exposure a huge plus
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or analysis within an operating business.
• Solid understanding of retail or other consumer-facing verticals.
• Strong grasp of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and accounting principles.
• Strategic thinking ability, integrating internal and external trends
• Proficiency in synthesizing data and presenting conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent at building trust and gaining support across the organization.
• Direct, honest, and supportive in communications, taking ownership of the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of your work.
• Ability to balance the big picture with details and take initiative in the absence of perfect information.
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills; Netsuite and Looker experience a plus.
