Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly & quarterly management reporting packages (standard & ad hoc reports, metrics, and financial communications).
• Review and validate senior management presentations, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update files, reports, and schedules on a monthly basis.
• Become proficient in OneStream, Global Sales & Forecast Model, Finance Insights Model, and NA Commercial Finance Excel models.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP and OneStream modules for close and forecast.
• Support Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and other planning processes.
• Build complex Excel models and work cross-functionally to automate reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years as a business partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (required).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with BI tools (OneStream, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills to present complex data effectively.
• Ability to identify issues, find root causes, and deliver solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• A self-starter committed to continuous learning and improvement.
