The Opportunity:

The company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Process Improvement) to help transform its FP&A team operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, automating and streamlining reporting processes to enable analysts to focus on strategic insights while ensuring data quality and visualization readiness.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines to enhance accuracy and reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with acquired entities and IT to integrate systems and standardize reporting.
• Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to prepare clean, reliable data.
• Validate and format raw datasets for effective dashboard use.
• Identify automation opportunities with FP&A analysts.
• Engage with stakeholders to align reporting with business goals.
• Refine reporting workflows to boost efficiency and automation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools for financial reporting.

Data Integrity & Documentation:

• Implement validation checks for data accuracy and completeness.
• Document processes for internal knowledge sharing and continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics with automation experience.
• Strong SQL skills; scripting in Python or R is highly valued.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Interest in AI tools and data automation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CMA, data analytics).
• Experience with cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Proven ability to develop automation solutions in dynamic environments.
