Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, budgets, actual costs, and labor reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project summaries, financial reports, and status updates.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Operations, and Business Development teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
• Support pricing and financial analysis for new business opportunities, contract modifications, task orders, and proposal submissions.
• Develop and analyze labor rates, staffing plans, indirect rates, and forward pricing assumptions.
• Conduct profitability, scenario, and price sensitivity analyses.
• Ensure proposal pricing aligns with accounting practices, historical financial data, and applicable cost principles.
• Assist with audit support, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Salary: USD38 - USD44 per hour

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Senior Financial Analyst for our client in the Burnsville, MN area. This role is100% onsite and offers pay ranging from$38–$44 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze cash flow data from multiple funding sources and develop forecasting models.
